How to place an order:

Thank you for being interested in our product. Wherever you are located around the world, you can place your PO directly with us and we shall ship it via DHL / UPS /FedEx / EMS. In most cases, delivery takes 48-72 hours from the time the package leaves us. When we ship UPS or FedEx the shipping includes insurance on the full value of the package. For your information: Products that we ship to the USA or Europe are not subject to any taxes due to the trade free agreements with our country.
 

Getting an official quotation:

Prior placing any order, please contact us to receive an official quotation for the product that you are looking for. Make sure to mention the product name, quantity you are looking for and the address that you need the goods to be shipped. We shall provide you back with an official quotation either via fax or email that will include product cost, delivery time and cost for shipping & handling & insurance.
 

Payment Policy:

For new customers / small orders, our terms of payment are Cash In Advance.  
Visa credit card / Mastercatd credit card are accepted as well as  bank wire transfer. In order to pay with Visa, please email or fax us your PO and mention that you authorize us to charge your credit card for the total amount of your order + shipping & handling & insurance. (Or, you may provide us with your FedEx / UPS / DHL account so, they will charge you directly for the shipping & Insurance). Make sure to provide us with the Card number, Expiration date and the name of cardholder.
